Shipping Information
We are proud to offer global shipping to our valued customers (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after your order has shipped.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after your order has shipped.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
Your happiness is our priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Important Hygiene Notice: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, and in line with common retail practice for intimate apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items. All sales of these items are final.
- Bras (including Wireless/Bralettes)
- Bodysuits
- Briefs & Boyshorts (and other intimate apparel worn close to the skin)
- Bridal Shapewear
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange for an eligible item:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item. Feel free to use the template provided at the bottom of this page.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item(s): Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and ship it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after the item arrives at our facility.
Refund Information
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Processing Time:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Deductions: The original cost of standard shipping ($12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, no shipping cost will be deducted from your product refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an eligible item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. In your initial email, clearly state the new size or color you would like. We will process the exchange once the original item is received. If the new item has a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference.
